Hotel Pustertalerhof - Chienes

Our romantic escape to this hotel was enjoyable thanks to the attentive staff and beautiful surroundings. the spa facilities were amazing with a sauna and jacuzzi that we spent a lot of time using. We also appreciated the on-site restaurant that had a nice selection of dishes. the convenient location close to hiking trails and the city center made it easy to explore the area.

the room was not very soundproof, and we could hear noises from the adjacent rooms.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and cute, making me feel right at home. They even were very good by setting up a cot for my baby and upgrading our room for my wife's birthday. The hotel had a fine view of the pool and surrounding mountains, made for a lovely experience. The pool itself was spacious and clean, both indoor and outdoor, with plenty of sun beds available. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the hotel had excellent facilities for families, including indoor and outdoor play areas for children. I highly recommend this hotel for both couples and families.
